No. There is no need to open a customer account for shopping with us.

All of our orders are shipped discreetly. We only use plain, unmarked boxes and envelopes for shipping your order to you. For more information about how our parcels ship, please see our shipping information.

All orders that are paid by credit card are charged under our legal company name for privacy reasons. Your credit card statement will read as the charge coming from: MaltNic GmbH

This also applies for payments coming through PayPal. Any inquiries will only reveal that clothing accessories and/or medical supplies have been purchased for your privacy.

If you paid your order by credit card or PayPal you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number from PayPal. If you paid by direct bank transfer you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number from us. If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation yet, please let us know. It may be because we are a little bit behind in sending out the e-mails, or it may be that your complete order hasn’t shipped yet. If you’re not sure about the status of your order, please contact us.

The labeling, etc. is as follows:

  • The visible shipping label has no reference to "TheBreastFormStore" - the sender is "MaltNic GmbH"
  • We attach 2 copies of the commercial invoice and 2 copies of the customs declaration form outside of the box in sort of bag - we fold the documents in a way that from the outside you can´t see anything related to the products. The document bag is closed an taped. 
  • The commercial invoice and customs declaration form contains the product name (as displayed on our webpage), prices, etc.
  • Breast forms are declared for customs purposes as "artificial body parts"

Yes, it was a long time ago. The Internet has now conquered the world and we have been online for more than 20 years. We are proud that the small shop has now grown into a world-famous online shop for crossdressers and transgender people. But what has not changed over the years - our love and dedication in the selection of our products and the professional service. Only one thing counts for us - 100% customer satisfaction. Our customers should feel comfortable with our products.

If your order is temporarily back ordered for a few days, or is a special order item that needs to be ordered in from our manufacturer, we will let you know, and ship your order out as soon as the product arrives.

We do our very best to notify all of our customers immediately if there are any delays in shipping.

We accept credit cards, PayPal and direct pre-paid bank transfers.

We do not charge shipping costs for orders over £ 130.

Since we ship your orders from Germany to the United Kingdom, there is no German VAT. We therefore have to invoice the prices net without VAT. However, you will have to pay UK import duties to the carrier.

But no worry. We guarantee the total cost of your purchase including UK import duties. You pay the import duties directly to the carrier. If you pay more than we have given you, we will pay you back the difference. Promised. Here you find more information about the additional import charges.
