Where are you shipping from?

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse located in Berlin, Germany. Orders from the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway will be shipped fully taxes and import duties prepaid.

What does the packaging and labeling appear to be?

We always ship in plain, neutral packaging. The sender on the shipping label is MaltNic GmbH in Berlin, Germany. There is no reference to The Breast Form Store.Note to non-EU customers: Due to customs regulations, we are required to attach the invoice outside the package. The invoice is enclosed in a red, non-transparent shipping pouch. The invoice does not contain any reference to The Breast Form Store.

What is the reason for needing my contact information?

We require your email address for order processing. Your phone number would be helpful so that the courier can contact you in case of delivery problems.

Will I be contacted by The Breast Form Store by phone?

No, we will never call you unless you request a call.

Can I have my delivery sent to a packstation as well?

Certainly, when you place your order, you will be asked if you prefer an alternative shipping address. There, you can enter all the details.

Which company name will appear on my credit card statement?

Only our company name "MaltNic GmbH" will appear on your statement. There is no reference to The Breast Form Store.

From what amount is shipping free?

Shipping is free for orders totaling £250 or more. For orders with a value below £250 we are charging a shipping flat rate of £18 for shipments outside of Germany and £5 inside Germany.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card, PayPal and many other payment methods. Please note that the payment options are country-specific and will only be displayed in full once you have specified your country for shipping at check-out.

How to track my order?

Once we have packed your order, you will receive an automated email with the tracking number.

I never got my order, what to do?

Which courier service do you use?

We ship with DHL, and depending on the recipient country, the delivery may be handled by a DHL partner.

Which items are excluded from exchanges?

We ship all products from the Divine Collection in a hygiene package. If this hygiene package is damaged, we regret that, due to legal regulations, we cannot accept the item for return. If you wish to make a return, please contact us.
