We ship all orders via DHL in plain neutral packaging. Sender is MaltNic GmbH in Berlin, Germany. Depending on your country, your package will be delivered by a local carrier (e.g., Parcelforce in the UK). There is no reference to The Breast Form Store outside the package.
Of course, we also deliver to packing stations, warehouse service providers, etc. Please write your special requests in the order notes, e.g. not handing them over to the neighbors.
Your credit card statement will display MaltNic GmbH.
Free shipping
We ship all orders with a minimum order value of £220,- free.
Shipping cost
We charge the following shipping flat rates for all orders which are not entitled to free shipping.
- Germany £5,-
- All other countries £18
Shipments to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway
From August 1, 2025, orders from the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway will be shipped fully customs cleared and taxed. This means you will not have to deal with customs clearance and your shipment will be delivered directly to you. Our prices therefore include all import costs and taxes.
In very rare cases, the carrier may ask you to pay import fees. In this case, the carrier has made a mistake. This is annoying but beyond our control. In such cases, simply pay the required fees and send us the receipt by email. We will then reimburse you for the expenses.
