We ship all orders via DHL or Deutsche Post in plain neutral packaging. Sender is MaltNic GmbH in Berlin, Germany. Depending on your country, your package will be delivered by a local carrier (e.g., Parcelforce in the UK). There is no reference to The Breast Form Store outside the package.
Of course, we also deliver to packing stations, warehouse service providers, etc. Please write your special requests in the order notes, e.g. not handing them over to the neighbors.
Your credit card statement will display MaltNic GmbH.
Free shipping
We ship all orders with a minimum order value of €130,- free.
Shipping cost
We charge the following shipping flat rates for all orders which are not entitled to free shipping.
- Germany € 5,-
- Other EU member states, United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland € 9,-
Shipments to the United Kingdom
All orders over £130 will be delivered to you fully duty paid. You have nothing to do with customs formalities or duties. Your order will be delivered directly to you. We will cover the import duties such as import VAT, customs duties, etc.
In very rare instances, Parcelforce may make an error and request import duties from you. If this occurs, please send us a copy of the payment request, pay the import duties to Parcelforce, and we will reimburse you for the amount.
Shipments to Norway and Switzerland
For orders from Norway and Switzerland we don´t charge VAT.
The customer may have to pay additional duties, taxes or fees for the delivery, but not to the provider, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. We recommend that you ask the customs or tax authorities for details before ordering. Under normal circumstances you only have to pay the import VAT of your country.
