Your order will be shipped from our warehouse located in Berlin, Germany. Orders from the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway will be shipped fully taxes and import duties prepaid.

There is no reference to The Breast Form Store.Note to non-EU customers: Due to customs regulations, we are required to attach the invoice outside the package. The invoice is enclosed in a red, non-transparent shipping pouch. The invoice does not contain any reference to The Breast Form Store.

What is the reason for needing my contact information?

From what amount is shipping free?

Shipping is free for orders totaling £250 or more. For orders with a value below £250 we are charging a shipping flat rate of £18 for shipments outside of Germany and £5 inside Germany.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card, PayPal and many other payment methods. Please note that the payment options are country-specific and will only be displayed in full once you have specified your country for shipping at check-out.

How to track my order?

Once we have packed your order, you will receive an automated email with the tracking number.
